Swift Referrals, located in Thorp Arch, is seeking a part-time Client Care Advisor to join their dedicated front-of-house team. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional service while supporting the smooth operation of their emergency and critical care center. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting clients and pets, managing medical histories, and handling payments.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The part-time shifts include Fridays from 6 PM to 10 PM and weekends from 4 PM to 10 PM, with potential for additional hours. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional service. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our practice and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and the well-being of their pets.

We specialise in the areas of orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, housing world-class facilities on our premises from advanced imaging machines to specialist treatment and aftercare rooms. The hospital has fantastic equipment available including 1.5T Siemens MRI scanner, 128 Slice GE CT scanner, doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy and state-of-the-art operating theatres.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for referring veterinarians, partner practices, and pet owners to schedule appointments.
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally.
- Gather and manage animal medical histories, ensuring electronic and physical records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle service fees, process payments, and issue invoices or receipts.
- Provide support to team members as required.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, computer software, and electronic medical record systems.
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This part-time role includes the following shifts:
- Fridays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Every other Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
