The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for managing strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth for L'Oréal's Luxe division. Key responsibilities include developing retailer-centric strategies, negotiating business plans, and collaborating with brand teams to enhance market share. The role requires building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders, while also being a leader within the team and mentoring junior members.

Key Responsibilities:
