Administrator inBirkenhead inBirkenhead PUBLISHED 17 OCT 2024

CWP are committed to making our recruitment practices as inclusive as possible for everyone.
We have an opportunity to recruit an Administrator to support our My Mind, Children and Young People Mental Health Services team within the Neurodevelopmental Administration Hub which is based at the Stein Centre. Although you will be part of the wider hub this particular role will be located at Maple House (Cleveland Street, Birkenhead) supporting our Access Team.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.

We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.

The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, undertake typing of correspondence and you will be required to attend meetings, process referrals, maintain and action generic email boxes and make contact with schools, parents/carers and external organisations. This role will also involve reception duties.

The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.

This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.

Our aim is to help people to be the best they can be, adopting a compassionate, person-centred approach to everything we do. We were recently rated as Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission with a Good rating overall.

We offer a variety of roles at all levels, so whether you are just starting out in your career or looking to use your skills and experience in a new role, CWP is the right employer for you.

CWP are committed to making our recruitment practices as inclusive as possible for everyone. We are committed to promoting equality and diversity and developing a culture that values differences.

To support this, we offer up to three weeks induction, dependent on role, with our Prepare to Care programme for all new starters. This programme welcomes you to CWP and provides you with information and training to support you in your role.
