Lifeways Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for their Aberdeen location in Aberdeenshire. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £12.80 per hour and involves 13-hour shifts on a rota basis, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in social care, particularly in supporting individuals with complex needs, trauma, or mental health challenges. As part of a team serving the community since 1995, the Support Worker will contribute to the care of up to 24 adults living in shared and single accommodations in Dubford.
