The NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) for the role of Staff Nurse in the Davan Ward, an acute admission facility for patients with functional and organic mental illnesses. This is a rotational position within a 20-bedded mixed-gender ward, and candidates should demonstrate adaptability to the evolving needs of the Older Adult Psychiatry service. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering care in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and local policies, while fostering a therapeutic environment and supporting the development of patient-focused care.

This position offers diverse experiences in a challenging yet rewarding healthcare setting and encourages participation in professional development. Applicants from Registered General Nurses (RGN) with relevant competencies in mental health are also welcome. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example and will receive substantial support, along with a relocation allowance of up to £8,000.
