Westward Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for their Headingley Hall Care Home in Leeds, focused on providing both physical and emotional support to residents. The role involves supervising daily routines, maintaining high care standards, assisting with individual care plans, and ensuring a stable environment that respects residents' cultural and personal values. Senior Care Assistants will also support staff development, take charge of shifts when the Home Manager is absent, and communicate effectively with both residents and team members to promote a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Candidates must be committed to upholding the dignity and rights of residents, engaging in team efforts, and adhering to health and safety policies. The position requires involvement in training new staff and periodic communication with management regarding any developments affecting care.
