The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the role of Outpatients Supervisor (XN03) within the Haematology Team. This position involves managing a team of six clerical officers responsible for the administrative aspects of outpatient clinics in the Oncology Outpatient Department. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, workload organisation, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate must have experience in service delivery against performance targets, knowledge of patient administration procedures, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
