The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a part-time Assistant Psychologist to join their team for a 12-month position at Crowley House Women's Approved Premises in Birmingham. The role involves working with women on probation who present various complexities, including trauma, personality difficulties, neurodivergence, and substance misuse. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead Psychotherapist and other staff to develop and implement psychological formulations, support the creation of a psychologically informed environment, and contribute to the delivery of rehabilitative activities and training programs. The role offers opportunities for skill development in therapeutic practices, formulation writing, and reflective practice.

The Assistant Psychologist will primarily engage in both individual and group work, assisting with psychometric assessments and supporting staff development initiatives.
