Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 2 Ward Clerk for their new 13-bedded Elective Trauma & Orthopaedic ward opening at Frimley Park Hospital in April 2025. The role involves providing essential administrative support to nursing staff, ensuring efficient ward operations, and delivering excellent customer care to patients, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include managing admissions and discharges, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient confidentiality and documentation. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and proficiency in IT systems, with a preference for candidates having prior experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
