The role of Clinic Clerk at Clatterbridge Diagnostics Centre involves providing essential reception and administrative support within a busy healthcare environment. The position requires previous customer service experience as the clerk will be the initial point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, registering patients, completing necessary documentation, handling telephone inquiries, and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals. The clerk may also need to assist across different clerical areas within the centre as required.

Working full-time on a rota basis with hours between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, the Clinic Clerk will be part of the Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest acute trusts in the North West, serving a wide community.
