Be Caring is seeking female Healthcare Assistants for their dedicated care team in Leeds, particularly in areas including Beeston, Holbeck, and Middleton. The role is suitable for individuals with caregiving experience, whether from personal experiences or previous roles. Full-time drivers and part-time walkers are preferred, with attractive pay rates of £12.50 per hour for drivers and £12.00 for walkers, alongside mileage reimbursements. The position involves early and late shifts, with a set two-week rota that includes working weekends.

Healthcare Assistants will support individuals in achieving personal outcomes, providing personal care, promoting independence, and connecting clients to community resources. Comprehensive training will be provided, covering essential topics such as dignity, safe administration of medication, and infection control. For This Role We Are Recruiting

Full-time, female drivers
Part-time, female walkers

Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.

Pay: £12.50 p/hr (drivers) / £12.00 p/hr (walkers)
Mileage - 45p per mile for drivers & 20p per mile for cyclists
Bonus schemes*: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

As a Healthcare Assistant For Be Caring, Your Working Hours Will Be Aligned To Our Shift Patterns, Which Includes Early Starts And Weekend Working

Early shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)

As a Healthcare Assistant for Be Caring we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:

Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday

Job Description

If you have previous experience as a Carer for family or friends, you'll make an excellent Healthcare Assistant in Beeston, Holbeck or Middleton. As a Healthcare Assistant for Be Caring, you will:

Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
Promote independence using enabling approaches.
Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.

Induction Training

We Are Looking For People With Be Caring Values To Join Our Team. You May Have No Direct Experience, Or You May Have Been a Carer For a Friend Or Family Member. Regardless, We Will Provide You With The Training You Need To Be An Outstanding Healthcare Assistant. As a Healthcare Assistant For Be Caring, You Will Be Provided With Comprehensive Induction Training On
