The Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time/part-time Healthcare Assistant to join their surgical division in Lytham St Annes. The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, providing support to qualified staff in caring for patients with complex needs. This role involves delivering individualized holistic care within a ward environment and promotes continuous personal development through Trust induction and training. The position consists of 37.5 hours per week with an internal rotation.

You will be required to assist the qualified staff caring for patients with complex needs.
You will be part of a dedicated team in providing individualised holistic care working within the ward environment, to maintain the standards we have met. The vacancy is internal rotation and 37.5 hours per week. Support will be offered through Trust Induction, completion of Care Certificate and our Practice Development Sister.
