The role of Cleaning Chargehand at Aberdeen City Council involves overseeing and delivering efficient cleaning services at designated sites within Aberdeen. This permanent, part-time position has two postings: one at 30 hours and another at 35 hours per week, primarily in the evening but with some flexibility for morning shifts. The Cleaning Chargehand will lead a team of cleaners, ensuring a clean and tidy environment for service users, and must possess a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) qualification or relevant experience, alongside a full UK driving license.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment, and health and safety standards, while also showcasing leadership in managing and motivating staff.
