Dishoom is seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager for their Edinburgh café, which celebrates Bombay food and culture in a historic 1920s building. The ideal candidate should have several years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine commitment to guest and team satisfaction. The Floor Manager will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and fostering a supportive atmosphere for team development.
