Dishoom is seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager for their Edinburgh café, which celebrates Bombay food and culture in a historic 1920s building. The ideal candidate should have several years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine commitment to guest and team satisfaction. The Floor Manager will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and fostering a supportive atmosphere for team development.

- You have been working as an Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a busy environment for the past few years. You're first-class in everything you do and want to find an environment that's as obsessive about quality as you are.
- You have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
