The Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Assistant Psychologist to join their well-established community learning disabilities team in North Tyneside. This role primarily involves supporting qualified staff in conducting assessments and therapeutic interventions for children and adults with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in this field, demonstrate empathy and emotional resilience, and be adaptable to patient needs. Additionally, familiarity with psychometrics or research activities is advantageous, as the Assistant Psychologist will assist in data collection and project work under the supervision of qualified professionals.
