The Patient Flow Clinical Co-ordinator at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care within acute emergency clinical pathways. This role involves collaborating with the Matron, operational managers, and clinicians to facilitate a smooth patient journey, emphasizing strong clinical leadership and team collaboration. The Coordinator will provide senior nursing and allied health professional support, manage patient flow, and have a visible presence throughout the Trust. Additionally, the role requires involvement in infection prevention efforts and contributing to serious incident investigations aimed at improving patient safety.

The position calls for effective communication and leadership skills to prioritize and manage clinical inquiries and ensure compliance with health regulations.
