Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join its Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team in Poole. This role entails providing specialized assessments and interventions for children, young people, and their families facing various mental health challenges. The therapist will work autonomously as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to both clinical practice and the development of systemic thinking within the service. Candidates should possess a passion for working with young people and their families, offering evidence-based therapeutic approaches and high-quality clinical record-keeping.

The position is available as a full-time or part-time role, with flexibility considered to meet service needs. The successful applicant will be a key worker when appropriate and will play a significant role in ensuring effective treatment plans are formulated, regularly reviewed, and executed in a timely manner.
