The Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Junior Sister for a fixed-term position covering maternity leave at their Carshalton location. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team, with responsibilities including clinical practice, leadership, education and training, research, and evaluation of care. The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse, preferably with experience in surgical settings, and must possess strong communication skills and a commitment to team working.

The position offers a salary range of £42,939 to £50,697 per year, and applicants must hold current UK professional registration. The Trust serves a diverse population across southwest London and northeast Surrey, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality services across its hospitals.
