What you will be doing…
You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Supported Living locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support, helping them to live independently within their local community. Supporting individuals within their home environment along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

  • Rota: Typically over a 3 week rota and includes evening and weekend working.


Hours of work


  • 7:30 am - 5 pm
  • 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
  • Long days – 07:30 am – 22:00 pm on a 1 in 2 off rota pattern
  • Long days – 8 am-8 pm, 9 am-9 pm on a 3 in-3 off rota pattern
  • Monday – Friday hours available (must be a driver)
  • Weekdays and weekends – 9 am-5 pm (must be driver)
