What you will be doing… You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Supported Living locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support, helping them to live independently within their local community. Supporting individuals within their home environment along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs. We offer an additional sleep in allowance. Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour weekdays or £2.00 per hour weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay. Rota: Typically over a 3 week rota and includes evening and weekend working. Hours of work 7:30 am - 5 pm 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm Long days – 07:30 am – 22:00 pm on a 1 in 2 off rota pattern Long days – 8 am-8 pm, 9 am-9 pm on a 3 in-3 off rota pattern Monday – Friday hours available (must be a driver) Weekdays and weekends – 9 am-5 pm (must be driver) We also have a range of smaller contracts, if interested these can be discussed at an interview.
