NHS Scotland is seeking a Waiting List Coordinator / Team Leader in Glasgow to oversee and manage waiting lists for Elective, Regional, and National Services. The role involves ensuring effective clinical care through efficient waiting list management, including referral vetting, admission date processing, and maintaining accurate patient information using GJNH PAS (Trak). We are looking for a Waiting List Co-ordinator to assist in cover for all Elective / Regional & National Services to support effective clinical care by providing an efficient Waiting List Management Service through referral vetting, processing and overseeing admission dates using GJNH PAS (Trak). Ensure patients are vetted to the appropriate treatment pathway. Maintain accurate patient information. Report checking and theatre utilisation
Continuity of a high quality administrative service
Previous experience in a health care environment and understanding of Treatment Time Guarantee guidelines is desirable for this post as are excellent communication, customer care and organisational skills.
