Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Phlebotomist (internally known as a Health Assessment Specialist) for their Watford team. The role offers a salary range of £19,845 to £26,460 per year, with potential total earnings (OTE) of up to £38,000 to £42,000, factoring in commission, overtime, and expenses. Phlebotomists will conduct health assessments at various clinic venues, interacting with 15 to 22 customers daily. Responsibilities include setting up assessment kits, performing tests (such as phlebotomy, ECG, and lung function tests), and maintaining administrative records, though they will not communicate results to customers.

Candidates must possess a full UK driver's license and access to a car, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and be willing to work on a rotating schedule between Monday and Sunday.
