Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Diabetes Optimisation Team in Newport. This fixed-term, part-time position (18 hours per week, Monday to Thursday) involves arranging clinic sessions with GP practices, sending appointment letters to patients, contacting patients by phone to schedule appointments, and maintaining updated Excel spreadsheets for the project. The role also includes ordering necessary supplies and supporting the overarching goals of the Value Based Health Care Team.

Candidates are encouraged to apply in either Welsh or English and should possess essential skills in IT, particularly Microsoft Office, along with experience in booking appointments and patient communication.
