We are a dynamic and growing startup looking for a motivated and versatile individual to support our operations, HR, recruitment, creative efforts, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various aspects of a fast-paced organisation.


Potential hire would be working very closely with the CEO to help with operations and administartion. It's an excellent opportunity to quickly learn and grow.


ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administrative Support
  • Manage and maintain key operational processes and documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external projects.
  • Research and structure information to support business needs.


HR & Recruitment
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Maintain HR records and support employee engagement initiatives.


Content Creation & Copywriting
  • Write engaging blog posts, articles, and other content aligned with the company’s voice and goals.
  • Conduct research to develop high-quality, well-structured, and insightful content.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (basic design skills required).
  • Support branding and marketing efforts by creating graphics using tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Help with the coordination of social media campaigns and audience engagement.


Creative and Tech-savvy Tasks
  • Conduct research to identify new tools, trends, or strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Use technology to streamline processes (e.g., Zapier, Google Workspace, Notion).
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other visual materials.


RequirementsSkills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience or interest in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma).
  • Presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging blog posts and marketing content.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or Trello.
