About Us
We are a dynamic and growing startup looking for a motivated and versatile individual to support our operations, HR, recruitment, creative efforts, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various aspects of a fast-paced organisation.
Potential hire would be working very closely with the CEO to help with operations and administartion. It's an excellent opportunity to quickly learn and grow.
- Manage and maintain key operational processes and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external projects.
- Research and structure information to support business needs.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Maintain HR records and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Write engaging blog posts, articles, and other content aligned with the company’s voice and goals.
- Conduct research to develop high-quality, well-structured, and insightful content.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (basic design skills required).
- Support branding and marketing efforts by creating graphics using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Help with the coordination of social media campaigns and audience engagement.
- Conduct research to identify new tools, trends, or strategies to improve efficiency.
- Use technology to streamline processes (e.g., Zapier, Google Workspace, Notion).
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other visual materials.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience or interest in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma).
- Presentation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging blog posts and marketing content.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or Trello.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
- Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of a startup.
- A salary of up to £35,000 per year.
