NHS Scotland is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join the Advanced Nurse Practitioner service within Fife’s District Nursing Service. This role is focused on providing safe, effective, and person-centered care to patients in a primary care setting, as part of the transformational shift in healthcare to meet the needs of an aging population. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a healthcare team, as well as work autonomously.

The position requires travel across different areas of Fife and may involve covering various Health and Social Care Partnership localities based on service needs. Applicants must be willing to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and comply with NHS Scotland's working hour adjustments, which will be reduced from 37.5 to 37 hours by April 2024.
