Indus Paper Boards Pvt Ltd is seeking a Carer/Personal Assistant for a young lady with learning disabilities in York, offering £16.63 per hour for work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm). The role involves providing personal care and support during various social and leisure activities, including outings to places like train museums and stately homes. Experience with young adults with additional needs is preferred, and female applicants are required due to the personal care aspects of the job. BSL users are particularly encouraged to apply, though it's not mandatory. A full UK driving license and access to a personal car are essential as transportation will be provided for outings.

The position offers a total of 15 hours every two weeks, with additional provisions for 5.6 weeks of holiday pro-rata. Applicants should be ready to assist in maintaining the individual's independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
