- Cover the Aberdeen region, visiting patients in their homes.

- Deliver effective, high-quality nursing care to support early hospital discharge or prevent unnecessary admissions.
- Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks.
- Accurately document patient care and clinical observations.
