As a Community Nurse, You Will


  • Cover the Aberdeen region, visiting patients in their homes.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide one-to-one care.
  • Deliver effective, high-quality nursing care to support early hospital discharge or prevent unnecessary admissions.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks.
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical observations.
