The role of Health Information Service Call Operator at NHS Scotland in Glasgow involves providing confidential health and social care information to the public and professionals via various communication channels, including telephone, email, SMS, and webchat. As the first point of contact for health information enquiries, operators utilize quality assured resources to deliver accurate guidance, triage, and advice, while also recording interactions and adhering to data protection protocols. The position requires a minimum of NVQ level 2, experience in customer service, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

The successful applicant will work in a flexible part-time schedule from Clydebank Regional Centre, supported by comprehensive training and mentorship.
