Please note that this vacancy may be withdrawn at any time should it be filled via the internal redeployment process Job Overview The Symptom Management Service supports people coping with the impact of health conditions in their lives; including, Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain. The clinical pathway is focused on working with people to identify and support their needs, in partnership with GP’s, psychologists, specialist teams and community services. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting operational delivery of the Symptom Management Service. Main duties of the job The post holder will support administrative duties associated with the delivery of the Symptom Management Service based at Ty Gwent in Cwmbran. The primary function of the role is associated with inputting data into electronic systems. Provide secretarial duties for the team and senior leadership team as required. To act as the first point of contact for the Symptom Management Service providing advice and guidance as appropriate in line within service and Health Board policies and procedures. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
