Belong Atherton is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join their team in providing exceptional, person-centred care to residents in a community-styled home. The role involves working night shifts from 10pm to 8am, with two vacancies available: one for 19 hours and one for 28.5 hours. As a care assistant, you will support residents by delivering personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, while respecting their dignity and privacy.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or a Care Certificate, and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality care.
