NHS Borders is seeking a Clinical Psychologist for a Band 8A position within the Palliative Care Team, offering a part-time, fixed-term contract of 0.4wte over two years, based at the Borders General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in palliative care, particularly with a background in clinical health psychology, to help enhance the team’s psychosocial services. This role is part of a broader commitment to personal and career development within the NHS Borders Psychology Service, aimed at serving a predominantly rural population.

The position entails working two days per week in a supportive, collaborative environment, with opportunities for contact and discussions about the role.
