Visionary Solutions is seeking Trainee Practitioners for the role of Children's Residential Worker in Little London. This position involves supporting children and young people aged 12-17 years, particularly those facing adversity, by helping them build resilience, develop key life skills, and engage in enjoyable activities. No prior care experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided through their St Christopher's Academy, including a four-week induction program. Candidates must demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries while working various shifts, including nights and weekends.

The role offers a competitive salary starting at £24,960, rising after training, along with 25 days of holiday (increasing with service) and a variety of employee benefits such as a pension scheme and access to additional training programs.
