Nuffield Health is seeking an ambitious and caring Personal Trainer for their Edinburgh Fountain Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in Midlothian. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary ranging from £28,512.64 to £39,108.16 OTE, depending on experience. Candidates should hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualifications and possess strong communication skills. The Personal Trainer will connect with members, motivate them to achieve fitness goals, deliver personal training sessions, and carry out gym duties while enjoying opportunities for career progression and further training.
In this role, trainers will start with a minimum of 24 hours on the gym floor, transitioning to personal training sessions as their client base grows. As a Personal Trainer, You Will
Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.
PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.
