Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for their care home in Reigate. In this role, you will support residents in their daily living activities, offering companionship and ensuring they receive quality care tailored to their needs. Daily tasks will vary, including assisting with meals, following care plans, and providing one-on-one engagement with residents. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate and possess strong communication skills, with prior experience in caring for older people.
