The Triage Analyst position at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Cwmbrân involves serving as the first point of contact for customers by handling calls and support tickets to resolve queries related to IT and digital applications. The role requires the analyst to provide timely and efficient support while escalating unresolved issues through the appropriate channels. They will also assist with routine maintenance tasks, modify system parameters, maintain application data, and train users, ensuring all activities comply with established standards and procedures.

Candidates should possess a strong technological aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and effective organisational abilities. A background in clinical IT systems, ideally within the NHS, is desirable, and proficiency in Welsh is a plus.
