York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Workers (HCSWs) to join their Surgical Care Group at the York site. The role involves working across various surgical wards, providing high standards of direct patient care while supporting clinical teams. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient dignity and independence. A comprehensive induction, including a 4-week HCSW Academy training program, will be provided, and applicants must be flexible with shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
