The role of Patient Pathway Administrator at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust involves managing the administrative aspects of patient care pathways across General Surgery, Urology, Endoscopy, and Gastroenterology departments. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for all administrative issues, ensuring a smooth transition for patients from referral to discharge. This position requires a proactive approach to patient management, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and a commitment to high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction. The role may also involve occasional extended hours, including evenings and weekends, on a rota basis.
