Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for community wellbeing? We're looking for a dedicated Life Rooms Service Lead to join our team at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool. This fixed-term role, covering maternity leave until the end of July 2026, presents a fantastic opportunity to shape our Community Access services, including Social Prescribing and Community Inclusion. Based at the Walton Life Rooms, your work will involve collaborating with various professionals to ensure our services remain high quality and accessible to all families and carers in the communities we serve.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the right-hand support for the Director of Social Health and Community Inclusion, driving forward our ambitious vision for a healthier society. You’ll manage resources effectively and play an essential part in integrating health services across multiple sectors.
