The position of Complex Care Nurse Assessor within the Huntington’s Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Cwmbrân entails performing comprehensive nursing assessments and reviews for individuals affected by Huntington's disease. The role requires an innovative practitioner who can function both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary community team that includes various healthcare professionals.
