The role of Community Nurse with Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust in Bamber Bridge involves delivering high-quality, person-centered care to patients in their homes. Positions are available in Greater Preston, Chorley, and South Ribble, with working hours from 07:45 to 22:00. Community Nurses will provide holistic clinical care under the direction of Team Leaders and Managers, performing interventions such as wound care, end-of-life support, diabetes management, and more. Candidates should possess excellent clinical and communication skills, and while experience in community care is beneficial, newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply.

Working as a member of the team, you will provide holistic, high quality, clinically effective care to patients, working under the guidance and support of the Team Leader and Team Manager.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
