The role of Community Nurse with Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust in Bamber Bridge involves delivering high-quality, person-centered care to patients in their homes. Positions are available in Greater Preston, Chorley, and South Ribble, with working hours from 07:45 to 22:00. Community Nurses will provide holistic clinical care under the direction of Team Leaders and Managers, performing interventions such as wound care, end-of-life support, diabetes management, and more.
