InsideOut®, a pioneering mental health tech start-up based in London, is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join their mission of transforming workplace mental health care. In this role, the Clinical Psychologist will work part-time (3-4 days a week) and report directly to the CEO. Key responsibilities include developing and refining evidence-based therapeutic programs, leading research initiatives, and providing expert clinical guidance. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be passionate about technology and innovation, and possess a strong desire to impact mental health positively at scale.

Applicants should hold an MSc or PhD in a psychology-related field and be HCPC-registered with at least five years of experience, preferably in CBT or third-wave approaches. Experience in digital mental health platforms and knowledge of AI technologies are essential.
