NHS Grampian is seeking a Data Assistant to join its Central Rostering Team within the People & Culture Directorate’s HR Service Centre in Aberdeen. The role involves inputting data into the eRostering system and the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS) to ensure effective staffing across clinical and non-clinical areas. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 National 5 qualifications or equivalent experience in administration, alongside strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy under deadlines. The position is part-time, totaling 22.8 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2025.
