Job Overview
The Orthodontic Booking Office is looking for a friendly, caring and motivated individual to join the team to provide excellent service to our patients. This role will involve booking a range of outpatient diagnostic tests, managing a waiting list, answering telephone queries and working in accordance the Welsh Government RTT guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in this varied role. You will have excellent communication skills especially working with the general public, as well as being dedicated to providing an efficient and effective service. You will be working closely with members of the Orthodontic team in order to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who is IT literate, able to meet deadlines and also has excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of the Welsh Pas system and RTT guidelines would be advantageous. You must be methodical and organised in your approach and thrive on the opportunity to make a genuine difference.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and 365.
