Belong is seeking a Team Senior Carer to join their community-oriented care team in Warrington. The role involves providing exceptional, person-centered care to residents within a household setting, focused on fostering independence and enriching their quality of life. Candidates should be friendly, enthusiastic, and professional, ready to adapt and meet the diverse needs of residents, while also being flexible with working hours.
Key responsibilities include upholding Belong's high standards of care, supporting residents in everyday living skills, and contributing to a sense of belonging within the community.

We deliver exceptional care in our Village community styled home. We have Households with an average of twelve residents living in each; we are a committed team who provide the exceptional person centred care to enrich our resident's lives putting them at the heart of everything we do.
It's all about offering support for life within a vibrant community, where care can be provided but an individual's needs and lifestyle can continue to be enjoyed. A place we call ‘home' and relationships between our customers and support workers blossom. Our staff, customers and families work together to create purpose and meaning to the day where there is a feeling of security and experience, a sense of Belonging.
The role
You will be providing support to our residents ensuring that Belongs high standards of care and values are upheld in everything we do. Encouraging independence to customers with everyday living skills, whilst retaining a duty of care for their wellbeing
There will be no such thing as a typical night for the Team Senior Carer who is willing to go that ‘extra mile'. As well as being a truly caring person.
About You
You will need to be friendly and enthusiastic, prepared to experiment and find different ways of doing things and always be professional.
