Job Description
The Attendant is required to be a first point of contact to staff and external visitors to the high profile City Chambers complex. They carry out a variety of duties and will contribute to day to day running of the City Chambers and additional operational requirements.
The Attendant will be required to work under general instructions, respond to customer queries and have a practical knowledge of work systems across a number of buildings with a wide variety of users.
Attendants will operate a 2 way shift pattern, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am and 9.00pm and will contribute to the day to day running of the City Chambers and additional operational premises. There is a requirement to work 285 hours contractual overtime per annum which include working over public holiday weekends.
