Autism Together is seeking a Residential Support Worker for its locations in Wirral and West Cheshire. In this role, you will join a supportive team to implement individualized care plans for autistic individuals, assisting them with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement. The position offers a competitive salary of £12.20 to £12.25 per hour, with additional pay for overtime and sleep-in duties, along with a comprehensive benefits package including free DBS checks, professional training, a pension scheme, and opportunities for career advancement.
Ideal candidates will work a core schedule of 35 hours per week, following defined shift patterns. You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will be supporting individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

Within our Residential Services, our core hours are 35 hrs per week, with a shift pattern comprising of 7.30 am - 4.15 pm and 4 pm - 10.30 pm.

- Sleep ins: Some of our locations require staff to undertake sleep-in duties to which you will receive an additional payment per sleep in.
- Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour during weekdays or £2.00 per hour during weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
