The Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Staff Psychological Wellbeing Service to cover maternity leave, focusing on enhancing the health and wellbeing of the Trust's workforce. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dynamic clinical psychologist who is passionate about promoting workforce wellness through comprehensive support and interventions across six pillars: personal, psychological, physical, work, spiritual, and financial wellbeing. The role involves providing leadership, developing wellbeing services, and implementing evidence-based initiatives tailored to meet the psychological needs of all staff members.

In addition to direct clinical support, the position emphasises collaboration through training and consultation for managers, aiming to embed wellbeing and mental health awareness throughout the organisation.
