The Chief Officer for the East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) will lead the planning and delivery of community health and social care services, collaborating with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and East Renfrewshire Council. This senior role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong track record in health or social care management, and experience in driving organisational change and financial management within a public service context. To ensure the HSCP continues to deliver Health & Social Care integration, you will have a successful track record of driving large scale organisational and cultural change programmes along with significant financial management and risk management experience preferably within a public service body.
