The Chief Officer for the East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) will lead the planning and delivery of community health and social care services, collaborating with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and East Renfrewshire Council. This senior role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong track record in health or social care management, and experience in driving organisational change and financial management within a public service context. The post holder will work closely with the Integration Joint Board (IJB) to ensure seamless service integration, promote a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion, and create an environment that encourages innovation and open communication.
