River Dee Medical Group are a Not-For-Profit social partnership that own Both Camphill and Torry Medical Practices. We currently have a vacancy for a part time Care Navigator, working 25 hours per week, 1pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. This role is based at Camphill Medical Practice. We are a relatively small, friendly practice but our list size is growing so we are now in a position to look for someone to join our existing team.
We are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise the daily workload. Dealing efficiently with competing demands and adapting as necessary, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
You should have the ability to work both independently, using own initiative and as part of a team. This role requires some knowledge of IT as you will be using MS Office and specific clinical programmes e.g. Vision, Docman. Full training will be provided for the Practice specific programmes.
Salary will be placed according to qualifications and experience. The salary scale for this post is £24,276 to 26,394 pro rata per annum.
